Why people are lying?

            Why do we lie? I think, people lie because they want to avoid disappointing others. What does it mean to lie? To lie-it means to tell false information. But, why do people still continue to lie? I believe that lying makes you to feel more comfortable for a short part of time, and people do not think about who it will affect the future. I think, that possible reasons why people are lying is:

            First reason, some of people do not think that to tell false information it is exactly the same as lie.

            Second reason, they know that they are lying but do not thinking what can happen to the person, they just can say false information. They do not think about other people, because they do not care about them.

            Third reason, is that a person lies but wants to believe that they are telling the truth. The person lies in a special way to be sure that other people will believe him.

Also, I believe that it depends what the person is lying about their success. I think, they do not tell the truth because they do not want to feel uncomfortable.

Or somebody is scaring another person that’s why he has to tell to him false information, because he scaring that another person can beat him. Example: If girl has boyfriend, and friend of her boyfriend went with her to the cinema. At the cinema, they end up kissing and after he lied to his friend, that he was at home for the evening because he was scared that his friend would hurt him.

I think, sometimes it is dangerous to lie. If you are going to the club, and you told to your parents that you are going to your friend house for the night. If something will happen that you did not come back home the next day, parents will call to your friend, and think that you are at his house, but you got into troubles at the club.

So, the main reason of lying, it is being afraid of scaring something or somebody. I do not like when somebody is lying to me. I believe that the best way to have a good friendship or relationship with someone is better to tell the truth instead of lying. Do not lie.
